Lake Band Patrons

Patrons are listed in all band concert programs for grades 5-12 throughout the school year. Your tax-deductible donation of $250 (Platinum), $100 (Gold), $50 (Silver), or $25 (Bronze) helps fund band activities, events, uniforms, and awards.

Notice: By submitting the Patron form and payment, you expressly grant the Lake Band Boosters permission to print, publish, or share your Publication Display Name and Patron Level to the general public. Other information will be kept private for the sole purpose of contacting you regarding your patron donation.

Online Registration & Payment
