High school band students are FREE! (They still must RSVP.)
Guest price is $26.00 per person.
Students in 9th-11th grade may bring up to 2 guests.
Senior students may bring up to 4 guests.

Instructions

Students with guests: Students may bring up to 2 guests, Seniors may bring up to 4. Please fill out the form, then click to pay online* with Credit card, PayPal or Venmo. Your RSVP will be submitted together with your payment.
* Note: Banquet payments are all online. If you have online payment issues, contact us at banquet@lakebandboosters.org

Families with multiple HS Band students: Same as above, but list ALL your students' names in the Name box, and pick the Grade of your highest student. Note that capacity is still limited to 2 guests per family (4 if you have a senior).

Students with no guests: High school band students are free, but we need an RSVP to reserve a seat. Please fill out the form and click the RSVP button.

VIP Invitees: VIP's who received a special invitation (e.g. School Board, Scholarship Grantors, Honorees) are welcome to join us free of charge, with up to 1 guest. RSVP is required to reserve your seat. Please choose 'VIP' at the top of the form, fill it out, and click the RSVP button.

Not coming? If you cannot attend, please us know by submitting RSVP as a "No".
